There is a dining area and a kitchen complete with an oven, a microwave and toaster. Towels and bed linen are available in this apartment. There is a private bathroom with a bath.

Please note that before departure, guests must wash the dishes and take out the rubbish.
Please note that luggage storage is possible off site, subject to availability. Prices for luggage storage start at EUR 5.
Please note that for guests wishing to park their car in a secure car park, secure public car parks are available upon reservation around Nice for variable charges. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. 你可能已聽聞，眾所矚目的電玩大作《俠盜獵車手5(Grand Theft Auto V)》在發售的首週已經賣超過10億美元，基本上今年出品的好萊塢電影票房，票房都還沒有超過它，除了超級賣座的《鋼鐵人3》之外。
《彭博社》報導，照現在這樣的賣座速度，《俠盜獵車手5》可能會挹注不少美國的 GDP，這已經成了一件文化大事，就算是蘋果公司，也得另眼相看。
很有可能的是，今夏不少人曾說過這句話：「我要省一些電影錢，來等不同的大作(GTA 5)。」
這裡有一個值得關注的數字，那就是 100─這個 100 是 GTA 能夠帶給你的遊玩時數，可以讓玩家玩上好幾週。況且這是以高自由度著稱的電玩，就算只是搶輛車逛大街，也能讓人津津有味。
如果以一款遊戲60美元來看，100 小時等同於每小時花 0.6 美元，比一場電影便宜得多，而且一款遊戲你買來就是你的，可以想到就拿來玩。
難道這一切的一切，其實象徵了電影界的衰敗嗎？
其實，電影與電玩共生共存是沒有問題的。但當電影越來越長拍個三部曲，或是電玩開始出現越來越多的敘事情節，未來兩造間的界線可能越來越模糊。
這也說明了《俠盜獵車手5》為什麼是個傳奇般的遊戲，因為你可以將它視為一部開放結局的電影，基本上其背後的製作團隊，無論是腳本撰寫與視覺設計等，與大製作相比已不遑多讓。

橫掃日本眾多電影獎項的《幸福湯屋》，再傳捷報，片中飾演母女的宮澤理惠和杉咲花，再次憑藉本片，獲得「第40屆日本電影金像獎」最佳女主角、女配角，堪稱日本最強母女檔。
年僅19歲的新生代女演員杉咲花，不只在先前打敗眾多前輩，橫掃各項女配角、新人獎，還表示從頒獎典禮前2周開始，就已經睡不好、做惡夢。頒獎前一天，宮澤理惠更傳簡訊鼓勵杉咲花，「不管結果如何，所得到收穫是不會有所改變的。」
為此，杉咲花在致詞時，最後含淚感謝宮澤理惠，「能參與這部電影演出，是我覺得最幸福的事情。即便電影已經殺青了，還是很感謝，妳是我真正的母親。」真摯的告白也讓現場女星感動落淚。

而宮澤理惠以《黃昏的清兵衛》、《紙之月》，拿下日本電影金像獎2次影后之後，此次在《幸福湯屋》演活罹癌母親，讓她3度封后，僅次於吉永小百合的4次。因行程關係提前離席的她，以影片方式發表感言：「最近比起演戲，每個角色都在我身上留下了刻痕，特別是雙葉這個角色，帶給我的印記更是深刻，她教會我何謂生命的寶貴，也讓我獲得大家的肯定，帶來了喜悅心情。」
